A member of Dion, Solomon & Shapiro since 2019, Kevin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. In addition to practicing law, Kevin is certified to serve as an arbitrator and regularly hears cases as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

A Philadelphia native, Kevin earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. During law school, he gained valuable experience as a judicial intern with the Honorable Thomas J. Rueter, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. This internship allowed Kevin to observe several high-profile trials, further igniting his passion for litigation and personal injury law.

Outside of his legal career, Kevin enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, cheering for all of Philadelphia’s sports teams, and working on improving his golf game. A lifelong Eagles fan, he had the incredible opportunity to join fellow fans in London for a game, attended the 2018 Super Bowl parade, and was thrilled to celebrate once again at the most recent Eagles Super Bowl parade in 2025.
