Matthew Goldsmith is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of Dion, Solomon & Shapiro, where his practice focuses on motor vehicle collisions, premises liability claims, SEPTA-related incidents, dog bites, and other negligence matters. He is driven by a commitment to stand up for injured clients and hold negligent parties accountable, facing insurers, corporations, and other well-resourced defendants.

He has devoted his practice to representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, guiding clients through every phase of their case. Matthew maintains a steady, client-centered approach, ensuring clear communication while building the factual record necessary to advance each claim.

Matthew grew up in Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, and received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he served on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and participated in the Student Bar Association and the Jewish Law Students Association.

Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys traveling, hitting the golf course, spending time with family and friends, and following Philadelphia’s sports teams.
